All prices are displayed in the currency identified at checkout. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, or other charges will be shown when applicable before your order is completed.

If we cancel an order after payment has been successfully collected and no product has been provided, the applicable payment will be returned as appropriate.

Certain Strawberry Rhain products are delivered digitally and do not include a physical product.

Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions before purchasing to determine whether a product is digital or physical.

Digital products may include downloadable PDF files or other electronic content. Customers are responsible for having compatible software, devices, printers, and other equipment necessary to access, print, or use their purchased files.

Purchasing a digital product grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use only.

Purchase of a digital product does not transfer copyright, trademark rights, ownership, or any other intellectual property rights in the product, artwork, characters, designs, logos, illustrations, or other Strawberry Rhain content.

Unless Strawberry Rhain expressly provides written permission, you may not:

Resell or redistribute a digital file;
Share, transfer, upload, or publicly distribute a purchased digital file;
Sell printed copies made from a digital file;
Use our files, artwork, characters, designs, or illustrations in products offered for sale;
Alter Strawberry Rhain content for commercial use;
Upload Strawberry Rhain content to print-on-demand, file-sharing, resale, marketplace, artificial-intelligence training, image-generation, or similar third-party services for unauthorized reproduction or commercial use; or
Claim Strawberry Rhain content or intellectual property as your own.

You may print purchased printable products for your own personal, non-commercial use.

Digital purchases are additionally governed by our Refund & Returns Policy.

6. Physical Products

Physical products may include printed coloring books and other merchandise offered through StrawberryRhain.com.

Processing and shipping estimates are provided as estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates unless expressly stated otherwise.

Once an order has been transferred to a shipping carrier, delivery may be affected by circumstances outside Strawberry Rhain's reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Additional costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer may be the customer's responsibility where permitted by law.

Issues involving damaged, defective, incorrect, or unavailable physical products are handled according to our Refund & Returns Policy.

7. Refunds, Returns and Exchanges
